It is easy to compare yourself to others and find that you are lacking. This is a trap. Even though you think you're alone in your suffering, know that everyone is on a journey and everyone carries an unknown burden. Be kind to yourself and be kind to others.
During these challenging times, draw on your many gifts to see you through. You are strong! Past turmoil has made you such. You are decisive and your instincts have been proven trustworthy. Trust in yourself. Know that you have the wisdom and strength to accomplish any task. You just have to decide what you want from this life and go for it!
