Remember that the past has honed your resolve and given you unbelievable strength. Your drive will soon be rewarded, so long as you give yourself over to change. You must meet the challenges with the courage and conviction you have in spades. You have always faced adversity head on and risen above it. Today is no different.
Just remember to love yourself as you love others. Offer forgiveness to self as you would normally extend it to those around you. Treat yourself with care. You are worth that.
